Flow Through the Storm is a trauma-informed, movement-based, spiritually grounded program designed to help you find your inner alignment during life’s most turbulent moments.
It integrates the STEP framework found in Dynamic Balance:

Your Guide Through Stillness and Flow
I didn’t always know how to flow through storms.
My first cancer diagnosis came when I was 15, and honestly, I spent the next 15 years struggling—trying to hold everything together, trying to be strong in all the ways I thought I was supposed to be.
It wasn’t until I found Shaolin kung fu that something inside me finally softened.
Kung fu taught me how to release instead of resist… how to breathe when life tightens… how to move with the storm instead of against it. Little by little, flow became something I could feel again.
Since then, my life has had more storms. But each storm also opened a door. Some that seem unlikely. Following my Total Laryngectomy in 2016, I went on to facilitate over 70 ASIST works, dozens of keynotes and mindfulness trainings, reaching upward of 2000 people.
Here's what's really important for you to know:
Everything I teach now grew out of what I had to live through.
It’s not theory. It’s not abstraction.
It’s the lived experience of learning to let go, to listen to Spirit, to realign my thinking, to move my emotions freely, and to trust my body again.
The 6-Fold Path of Transformation, Ba Duan Jin, and the Spirit-Thinking-Emotions-Physical alignment literally helped me find flow when life tried to pull me under.
And now, I’m here to help you find your flow too — in a way that’s gentle, grounded, and completely true to who you are.
